Uncompresses a file using gzip.

Syntax

	this FileInfo file,
	string path,
	bool overwrite = false
)

file: Type: System.IO.FileInfo
The file to uncompress
path: Type: System.String
The path and filename of the file to write to the uncompressed data
overwrite (Optional): Type: System.Boolean
If true, overwrites the file if exists; otherwise false

Type: Task<FileInfo>
The file that contains the uncompressed data
