Tries to convert a String to an Decimal. Returns MinusOne if target cannot be parsed.

Parameters

target
Type: SystemString
The string to convert
numberformat
Type: System.GlobalizationNumberFormatInfo
An object that supplies culture-specific formatting information about target.

Return Value

Type: Decimal
Returns a decimal that represents the converted string

Usage Note
